For the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program with On Location, the tournament's official hospitality partner, I lead brand design for the full guest experience across all 16 host city venues. The challenge starts with FIFA's global identity and asks how it should look, feel, and function everywhere fans gather, turning a fixed brand standard into a living world that holds together across stadiums, lounges, and activations in three countries. From program-wide look and feel and brand guidelines to large-format environments and experiential activations, I shape a cohesive system that scales to the biggest stage in sport while staying unmistakably FIFA. At the center of it, I designed and solved the tournament's wristband credential system end to end, an intricate framework spanning 15+ access tiers across all 104 matches.
